Simply Anti-inflammatory Dinner idea!

One of my go to's:
Meal prep this and make a few days worth of meals
Ingredients:
✨ Brown Rice Bowtie Pasta
✨ Shrimp (either fresh or frozen)
✨ Broccoli
✨ Old Bay Seasoning
✨ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
✨ Minced garlic, a nice hardy portion
Instructions:
Saute the shrimp in a pain with garlic and olive oil.
Boil water and cook your pasta.
Add Old Bay to the shrimp to season
Cook broccoli until tender and then add broccoli to your shrimp.
Once pasta is al dente, add it to your shrimp as well.
Mix all together so everything is coated!
Healthy portions:
1/2 cup of cooked brown rice noodles
5 oz of shrimp
A cup of broccoli
1 tbsp of EVOO per serving
